In today's episode we dive into why the medication may not be working, and 3 simple steps you need to take in order to help develop your own responsive thyroid protocol.
Steps:
1. Improve small intestine function. Making sure the detox pathways are open and fully functioning so that we don't continue to breed bad bacteria.
2. Support proper liver function and look at environmental factors or triggers that could be causing and or contributing to liver dysfunction or dysregulation.
